hi sorry but do you also die a little thinking that every time catra told adora ‘this is NOT because i like you’, she was actually acutely aware that she’s been in love with her since they were like 10 and trying to sweep it under the rug, or turn it into a joke. and every time adora laughed and teased her for it, secretly she could feel her chest fill with warmth, and had to remind herself that they’re just messing around and that catra can’t possibly mean it like that.
